Here we are all ready to head off to the Gymea Lily Festival! Mum said it was like a show - will there be dancers, asked Harper? Will there be music, asked Lily? Will there be Ariel the mermaid, asked Beatrix?
Hmmm... not that kind of show, Mum replied. Remember when we read "Paddington goes to the fair"?
Yes, said Harper, in London. Are we going to London?
Hmmm... should have thought about this a bit better, Mum. Gymea ain't London!
But it was a fantastic fair. We ran into 3 lots of people we know - who knows, we may become locals yet! Here is Harper on the jumping castle.
And here is Livy feeding the cow (whole hand goes inside mouth - cow interested in licking off goat snot, which is where hand had previously been...)
